Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods: PeptLogic ships orders via UPS to addresses within the United States. During checkout, you may be offered shipping options (local delivery, ground, 2nd day air, next day air) depending on your location. The delivery times associated with these options are estimates provided by UPS and are not guaranteed by PeptLogic. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Order Processing: Processing time is usually between 24 - 48 hours. In case of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen delays; processing time can take 2 - 4 business days. Same day order processing is not guaranteed. Orders do not ship until processed. Order processing begins after payment is received and completed. If a credit card is declined, the order will not process. Please verify card details before submitting your order.
Incomplete or Inaccurate Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If an order cannot be shipped on time because the shipping address you provided is incorrect or incomplete, or because you have not supplied information requested for verification, we are not obligated to refund shipping costs for the delay. We will attempt to contact you to resolve such issues.
Risk of Loss: Title to the products and risk of loss pass to you once we hand over the package to the shipping carrier. After we ship your order, it is the carrier's responsibility to deliver it safely. PeptLogic is not liable for delays, losses, or damage to packages while in transit with UPS. In accordance with UPS policy, any claims for lost of missing packages must be filed directly with UPS by the recipient. PeptLogic is not permitted to initiate these claims on your behalf. If you are concerned about risk of loss, please add an insurance policy for your order on the checkout page.
Delivery Confirmation: The carrier's record of delivery (for example, a delivery confirmation or tracking update showing the package was delivered to the address provided) will serve as proof of delivery. It is your responsibility to promptly secure the package upon delivery. We are not responsible for theft or loss of packages after delivery is confirmed. If you have concerns about package security, consider requesting signature confirmation. If you would like a signature confirmation, please specify so in the order note section of the shopping cart page.
Final Sale Policy: Once checkout is completed and payment is processed, all sales are final. No modifications can be made after payment is processed. Order cancellations will incur restocking and payment processing fees. Damaged products will be replaced.
